Kelly Wilson is a Senior Critical Infrastructure Analyst at Idaho National Laboratory and business manager of a private rural water company in Southern California. Kelly is co-developer of the Maritime Domain Awareness Tool (M-DAT), a rapid decision support tool for maritime system emergencies and exercises.
Previously, Kelly worked for CISA as a Protective Security Advisor, serving as a security and resiliency subject matter expert in Southern California and the National Capital Region. Kelly was a DC HSEMA Branch Chief and Chairman of the MWCOG Critical Infrastructure Protection Regional Programmatic Working Group.
Kelly served as and Intelligence Analyst in the US Army with an overseas tour supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, was a Maryland State Trooper, and served in the Washington Regional Threat Analysis Center, and East Bay Terrorism Early Warning Group.
