Terms and Conditions of Registration Booking

Payment: Payments must be made with the order. Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless payment has been made in full prior to 11th March 2025.

Substitutions/Name Changes: You can amend/change a delegate prior to the event start by notifying us in writing. Two or more delegates may not ‘share’ a place at an event. Please ensure separate bookings for each delegate. Torch Marketing Co. Ltd. reserve the right to refuse entry.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your attendance to the event and you are unable to send a substitute, then we will refund/credit 50% of the due fee less a $100 administration charge, providing that cancellation is made in writing and received before 11th February 2025. Regretfully cancellation after this time cannot be accepted. If we have to cancel the event for any reason, then we will make a full refund immediately, but disclaim any further liability.
Expo only Visitor Passes are non-refundable under any circumstances, even in the event of a no-show.

Alterations: It may become necessary for us to make alterations to the content, speakers or timing of the event compared to the advertised programme.

Data Protection: Torch Marketing Co. Ltd. gathers personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and we may use this to contact you by telephone, fax, post or email to tell you about other products and services, unless otherwise specified/requested/opted-out.
