- 3B Protection
Dominic Dillon is the Founder and CEO of 3B Protection, a global leader in advanced ballistic, blast, and forced-entry-resistant solutions. With a background in materials science and construction, Dillon has dedicated his career to engineering high-security infrastructure that protects critical assets, commercial and industrial sites, and high-risk facilities worldwide. His mission is not just about securing structures, it’s about protecting people and saving lives.
A Breakthrough in High-Security Engineering
Dillon’s journey into security innovation began with a groundbreaking advancement in concrete technology. When a client sought shock- and vibration absorbing material, he embarked on an intensive research and development initiative, ultimately creating a revolutionary concrete formula incorporating recycled materials. This material exceeded expectations, demonstrating exceptional ballistic and blast resistance, and paved the way for 3B Protection’s specialization in high-security applications.
Following successful testing in Belgium, 3B Protection earned NATO vendor approval, establishing its reputation as a trusted provider of defense and security solutions on a global scale.
Global Expansion & Industry Leadership
As demand for high-performance security infrastructure grew, Dillon expanded 3B Protection internationally, taking operations to the Middle East, where its products were manufactured across multiple countries and deployed in military, governmental, and corporate security projects.
In 2017, he further expanded 3B Protection to the United States, establishing its headquarters in Tequesta, Florida, with additional offices in California and nationwide manufacturing facilities to meet the evolving security needs of diverse industries.
