Mike Regan leads the Telecommunication Industry Association’s (TIA) QuEST Forum, driving business performance improvement standards for the Information and Communications Technology industry. Before joining TIA, he spent more than 30 years as a senior engineering leader, heading large global teams that delivered complex communications and networking products for service providers, cloud platforms, enterprises, and customer engagement centers. His career spans VC backed startups to billion dollar enterprises, with leadership across the full product lifecycle including strategy, architecture, development, DevSecOps, quality, security, compliance, and partner management. Mike applies this deep industry experience while collaborating with operators, industry stakeholders, and government agencies to advance standards focused on product quality, software development, cybersecurity, and supply chain security. He holds a B.S.E.E. from Northeastern University.
