Mike Roskind serves as the PNT Program Manager and senior advisor for Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), National Risk Management Center (NRMC). Mike leads the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) efforts in responding to Executive Order 13905, Responsible Use of Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). For over 25 years, Mike has collaborated with multiple critical infrastructure organizations to help them better understand threats to GPS and PNT systems, and discuss risk mitigation strategies. Mike is currently leading efforts to conduct research and develop alternative timing sources to support state government and private critical infrastructure organizations. Mike is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a Navy Electronic Warfare pilot, earned a master’s degree in ‘Strategic Planning for Critical Infrastructures’ from the University of Washington, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Specialist through ISC2.
