Randy J. Jordan (RJ) is a seasoned FBI Special Agent with extensive experience leading complex cyber investigations, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening national security initiatives. With a career spanning more than a decade within federal law enforcement, he has served in a variety of leadership and operational roles, including enterprise-level cyber program management, incident response coordination, international cyber investigations, and cyber threat intelligence operations. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in cybersecurity, incident response, and critical infrastructure protection, combining technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic vision.

Currently, RJ serves as an Agent in the New Orleans Field Office, where he coordinates investigative and partnership efforts focused on addressing evolving cyber threats. In addition, he serves as the Coordinator for the InfraGard Program for the state of Louisiana, strengthening collaboration between the FBI and public- and private-sector partners to enhance cybersecurity awareness, resilience, and information sharing. His background includes leading cyber command center operations, managing multidisciplinary investigative teams, and supporting national and international law enforcement efforts. Randy holds an MBA and dual bachelor’s degrees in computer information systems and business administration, and he continues to contribute to the field through training, mentorship, and leadership development initiatives across the law enforcement and cybersecurity communities.
