Tracy Fletcher serves as the Assistant State Maintenance Administrator for the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), where she oversees the state’s Emergency Management responses and leads the Workforce Safety Program.

A graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery with a bachelor’s degree in international economics, Tracy brings 26 years of experience in highway construction and maintenance operations to her role.

Her career began in the private sector, where she spent a decade working on construction projects, gaining extensive experience in project management. She later joined ALDOT, starting in the construction section before transitioning into maintenance operations, where she has continued to advance her leadership and expertise.

Tracy and her wife, Laura, live in Alabama with their two children, Asher and Arielle.
